UK SHIPPING

We aim to pack and ship your item within 4-5 working days. Standard Shipping in the UK is £4.95.

 

Most items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard which takes 2-4 working days.
Heavier items may be sent via a courier.

 

If you require your items to be sent a bit quicker, please do get in touch and we will try to accommodate.

 

If you would like to collect your items, we are happy to arrange this at a mutually convenient time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All our pottery is handmade in small batches, so dimensions can vary. We try to be as accurate as possible with listed measurements, so please check these before placing your order.

 

We try to pack all of our items as carefully as possible. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please get in contact with us and we will replace it.

If you are not completely happy with your item, please do get in touch and we will do our utmost to to rectify any issues.
